Hi, I'm Carlos Baruch.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, based in coastal San Pedro, right next to the Port of Los Angeles.

I’m a Creative Production Manager and Senior Production Designer specializing in creative operations, design systems, and scalable 360° campaign execution for entertainment brands.

Over the past decade, I’ve partnered with agencies including MACH27, Eclipse Advertising, and Midnight Oil to deliver integrated campaigns for Netflix, Disney+, Paramount Streaming, Pluto TV, Hulu, Hallmark, and other leading entertainment brands.

My focus is turning complex creative ideas into clear, executable production systems that scale across digital, social, AV, print, and out-of-home platforms. I work across the full lifecycle of a campaign—building workflows, managing production, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring creative vision translates seamlessly into real-world execution.

I’ve been fortunate to collaborate with talented creatives, producers, and marketers across the entertainment industry. Those experiences have shaped how I lead: bring clarity to complexity, build strong systems, empower teams, and maintain a relentless focus on craft and detail.
