Pluto TV | Integrated Campaign Production & Creative Operations

As Senior Production Manager on the Paramount Streaming’s Pluto TV account at MACH27, I served as a key partner to Pluto TV's Creative Director, marketing stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, helping transform strategic campaign initiatives into fully integrated marketing executions.

Working at the intersection of creative, production, and operations, I collaborated closely with Pluto TV's internal creative and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, identify production requirements, and develop scalable execution plans. I then partnered with MACH27's designers, motion artists, account teams, and production specialists to bring those initiatives to life across digital, social, AV, paid media, web, experiential, and out-of-home channels.

My role extended beyond project management. I was responsible for creating the workflows, communication systems, and production frameworks that allowed our teams and stakeholders to operate efficiently while maintaining alignment on timelines, creative expectations, and campaign goals. As campaign volume increased, these systems enabled the team to scale output to more than 1,200 assets per month while maintaining quality, consistency, and speed.

From channel launches and seasonal campaigns to stadium takeovers, website takeovers, platform initiatives, and large-scale brand activations, I helped guide projects from initial briefing through final delivery, ensuring creative concepts were executed successfully across every consumer touchpoint.

By fostering strong partnerships between Pluto TV stakeholders and MACH27's internal teams, I helped create a collaborative production environment that supported ambitious marketing initiatives and contributed to Pluto TV's continued growth during a pivotal period for the brand.
